Disclosure announced this morning that a full tour to wrap up 2015 will be happening soon – on the heels of the release of their album “Caracal” due out September 25th on PMR/Island Records. The album is already available to pre-order and their track list was also revealed – showing that Lorde, The Weeknd, Sam Smith, and Miguel will be on it.
